Connect and share in our Bi-Weekly “Chop-It-Up” Conversations

Join us every first and 3rd Tuesday for our  “Chop-It-Up” sessions are transformative gatherings designed to foster authentic conversations among Black men. Rooted in emotional intelligence, these sessions create a safe, ego-free space where you can share openly and vulnerably or simply listen. Guided by principles of no ego, no judgment, speak from an I perspective and no titles, each conversation encourages you to connect deeply, explore the emotions that shape your experiences, and be surrounded by men who look like you and understand your journey.

Whether you’re navigating challenges, celebrating victories, or just seeking a space to be present, Chop It Up sessions provide the opportunity to discover your voice, embrace your truth, and grow in community.

Connect and share in our Bi-Weekly “Undugu Speaks” Program

Join us every second and fourth Tuesday for our Undugu Speaks Undugu Speaks (US) is a project of Amplify Voices, LLC in partnership with Undugu Foundation, Inc.

This program was formed with two primary focal points:

(2) Equip participants with tools and resources that will help them artfully shape their unique stories within a speaker’s laboratory.

Celebrate And Bond Through Special Events

Our events go beyond our regular bi-weekly meetings to deepen our connections. From Undugu “Sunday Funday” activities like hiking and whitewater rafting that refresh the soul, to chartering buses to visit the Legacy Museum in Montgomery, AL, and hosting annual holiday parties and galas, these gatherings are where memories and brotherhood are forged—creating space for men to connect, reflect, and recharge within the brotherhood.
